Lady Lions go 1-1 at Lovejoy tourney

LUCAS -- Greenville's Lady Lions went 1-1 during play in the Lucas Lovejoy Leopard Challenge soccer tournament on Saturday.

The Lady Lions outscored Terrell 3-1 after getting goals from Priscilla Carillo, Maddy Crabtree and Bailey Phillips off assists from Emmaline Hollingsworth, Stephany Luna and Meg Lawson.

Rockwall-Heath nipped the Lady Lions 1-0 in Greenville's second match of the day.

Erin Moses scored the lone goal for the victorious Lady Hawks.
