Lady Lions split soccer matches

LUCAS -- Greenville's Lady Lions split in two matches in the Lucas Lovejoy Leopard Challenge soccer tournament on Friday.

The Lady Lions nipped Wylie 1-0 on a goal by Maddy Crabtree that was assisted by Lindsey Carter.

Frisco Liberty slipped past the Lady Lions, 3-2.

Crabtree and Katelynn Twilley scored Greenville's two goals. Priscilla Carillo had an assist.

Amanda Devolk, Chandler Mason and Megan Robinson scored for Liberty, which is now 4-1-1 for the season.
