Royse City beats Lady Lions

GREENVILLE -- Royse City’s Lady Bulldogs kept their hold on first place in District 13-4A volleyball with a 20-25, 22-25, 25-20, 25-16, 16-14 victory over the Greenville Lady Lions in a thriller in the Lions Den on Tuesday night.

Royse City improved to 20-11 overall and 5-1 in district while Greenville dropped to 13-14 overall and 3-2 in district.

Greenville took both of the first two games and was leading 12-10 in the third game after a big kill from Shanterria Riley but the Lady Bulldogs wouldn’t give up and took the lead with three straight points served by Jennifer Null.
