Lady Lions close out season with loss

UNIVERSITY PARK -- Greenville’s Lady Lions closed out the volleyball season on Tuesday night with a 25-11, 25-12, 25-14 loss to No. 9 state-ranked Highland Park.

Morgan Bloyed led the Lady Lions in assists with 15, plus had two kills, four digs and two blocks.

Meghan Litchfield finished with five kills and two assists.

Ashley Abbott managed two kills and two blocks.

Emelie Kilgore added four kills.

Hannah Johnson added two kills.

Heather Johnson finished with four digs.

Shanterria Riley contributed three digs.

Maygan Bloyed had three kills and T.J. Holmes had a kill.
